Care Guide
Each Pentony style is made from a different material, so each one likes slightly different care. A soft brush, a dust bag and a little patience go a long way.
The Elysa and The Catherine (velvet)
Our heels are crafted from beautiful velvet and should be treated with care to preserve their luxurious finish.
- Gently remove surface dust and dirt with a soft-bristled brush, brushing in the direction of the velvet pile.
- Avoid exposure to water, moisture and prolonged direct sunlight.
- Do not machine wash, soak or apply harsh cleaning products.
- If wet, allow to dry naturally, away from direct heat.
- Store in the provided Pentony dust bag when not in use.
For stubborn marks or stains, we recommend consulting a professional shoe care specialist.
The Joan (suede)
To keep your Joan Loafers looking their best, gently brush with a soft suede brush to remove dirt and maintain the texture of the material.
- Apply a suede protector spray before first wear to help protect against moisture and stains.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to water, direct sunlight and heat.
- Store in your Pentony dust bag when not in use to help preserve their beauty.
The Hannah (suede and leather)
Black and Khaki are suede: brush gently with a soft suede brush and treat with a suede protector before first wear. Tan and Rose Gold are leather: wipe with a soft, dry cloth to remove dirt and dust.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to water, direct sunlight and heat.
- Store in your Pentony dust bag when not in use.
