These terms apply when you use pentonyshoes.com.au or buy from Pentony Shoes, a trading name of Pentony Footwear Pty Ltd (ABN 94 696 037 260) (“Pentony”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error, and will refund anything you have paid for it.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment is taken in full when you place your order, using the payment methods shown at checkout.

Delivery

We deliver within Australia. Standard delivery is included in the price and express delivery is available for an extra charge shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates. See Delivery & Returns for details.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Our products

Every pair is made in small runs and finished by hand, so slight variations are normal. We photograph our shoes as accurately as we can, but colours can look different from screen to screen.

Using this site

The content on this site, including photographs, text and the Pentony name and logo, belongs to Pentony or its licensors. Please do not copy or use it without our permission. You agree not to misuse the site or interfere with how it works.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. We may update them from time to time; the version on this page when you order is the one that applies to that order.
