Not quite right? Email support@pentonyshoes.com.au within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit. Shoes need to be unworn, tried on indoors only, and back in their Pentony box. You cover the return postage; we cover standard delivery of the replacement within Australia.

To keep your Joan Loafers looking their best, gently brush with a soft suede brush to remove dirt and maintain the texture of the material.

  • Apply a suede protector spray before first wear to help protect against moisture and stains.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to water, direct sunlight and heat.
  • Store in your Pentony dust bag when not in use to help preserve their beauty.
