Not quite right? Email support@pentonyshoes.com.au within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit. Shoes need to be unworn, tried on indoors only, and back in their Pentony box. You cover the return postage; we cover standard delivery of the replacement within Australia.

Our Catherine heels are crafted from beautiful velvet and should be treated with care to preserve their luxurious finish.
- Gently remove surface dust and dirt with a soft-bristled brush, brushing in the direction of the velvet pile.
- Avoid exposure to water, moisture and prolonged direct sunlight.
- Do not machine wash, soak or apply harsh cleaning products.
- If wet, allow to dry naturally, away from direct heat.
- Store in the provided Pentony dust bag when not in use.
For stubborn marks or stains, we recommend consulting a professional shoe care specialist.
